"I can get support through IM, the host has owned sites before and knows what webmasters have to deal with. The host doesn't limit what can be hosted - I have been allowed to host forums previously on the servers. Also, the ads are non-intrusive for visitors & aren't as bad as the ones that webmaters are forced to put up on other services.
